More money well spent

On page 20 of the Times supplement (called times2, isn't that really cool?) has an advertisment for the Director General Equalities for the Department for Communities and Local Government, the salary for this un-needed role a paltry £125,000.00p although you'll be pleased to know that "more may be availaible for an exceptional candidate".

Tempted as I am to offer my application, I don't somehow feel that the "differences they value" will encompass this blog.

Still with the addition of this role, in less than a week I've come up with savings of I'd estimate at least £875,000.00p per annum i.e. every year to the taxpayer. I just need a paltry £125,000.00p tomorrow to reach the million per annum of savings identified in a week. Somehow I can't see any party appointing me to their identify savings for the taxpayer committee can you?
