York - More floorpace for your money.
The Times, not online, but on their front page shows York as being the best value in terms of floor space per £50.00p, not too surprising considering the competition, but I'm surprised to find things more expensive in Lincoln.
So come to York and grab your bargains, when mine's worth a million, I'm off to Texas.
